Bourbon Spring

Bourbon Spring™ is our young rested Illinois bourbon whiskey. Hand made by double distillation in a copper pot still using on-grain distillation from a mash of 83% corn with barley malt and rye malt. Aged 4-5 months in small “honeycombed” new charred oak barrels. Full wood extraction gives a bold flavored bourbon with a touch of smoke on the corn sweetness and some mint on the finish. Great in sours or old fashioneds or on the rocks.
