Rich citrus and apple notes, highlighted by a gentle oak and spice backdrop. 40% barrel fermented and sur lie aged; 60% fermented in stainless steel at 55 degrees. 100% malolactic fermentation. The combination of each of these components results in a well-balanced, complex Chardonnay.
