This wine’s body consists of red plum and oak spice flavors, perfectly complimented by subtle, smooth tannins. 60% barrel aged in American Oak for 16 months. Fermented at eighty eight degrees coinciding with an eight day pump over. The result is a lush, ripe, classic Merlot.
