The wine is a little less dense and brooding with heightened liveliness and vibrancy. Dark ruby and youthful, anise, smoked ham, black cherry and rose petal aromas draw you in. The composition of the wine is 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Mouvedre.
